BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Yes! You can bring food to your birthday party!  You are responsible for all food, drinks, plates, napkins and eating/serving utensils. We do not provide drinks for party participants and we do not have a drinking fountain. Enclosed bag/boxes or drinks with a lid work best for kids. All drinks should have a lid or enclosed top.

A sample 90-minute birthday party would include 45 minutes of obstacle courses, stretches, games, tumble-track, balance beam and floor. We schedule 30 minutes for food, cake and presents. The remaining time is for supervised open gym, game and stamps.

For a 2-hour party, the structured gymnastics time is 1 hour; 30-minutes for food/cake/presents, additional games and the remaining time for supervised open gym.

 We include 20 minutes before party start time for you to set up. Tables and decorations will be set up by the party instructors prior to your arrival. (You may purchase 10 minutes of additional set-up time for $10.)

Guests may arrive 10 minutes before party start time.

Yes! After we receive your party deposit, we will create a customized birthday party invitation for you to send to your guests. It will include links for online account creation and waiver acceptance, party date/time, party rules and directions.

1) Please create an account and accept the waivers. If you currently attend, or in the recent past have attended Leaps & Bounds, please log in to your account, or follow the "Reset password" prompts using the email we have on file. If you are new, please use the "Click here to register" prompts.

2) The party password is *custom password provided* (this is NOT your family account password). All participants are required to create an account online, accept the waiver and enroll in the party at least 24 hours prior to the party date!

3) Please wear something easy to move in... leotard or leggings/shorts/sweatpants and a t-shirt/tank. NO: dresses/skirts, jeans, socks/tights, zippers, strings or buttons. Bare feet or grippy socks only. Hair must be up off the shoulders and out of the eyes.

4) Children under 4 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Guests over 12 are not allowed on the equipment.

5) Guests who arrive more than 45 minutes after the party start time will not be allowed to participate in any open gym.

6) Please check in at the front desk 10 minutes prior to the party start time on party day!
